Very few agents roll up their sleeves and spend time and money helping their client get "the highest possible price for their property" or on the buy side the "very best value and terms" for their purchase. Time and time again I hear people say "I don't know anyone that does what you do".

My fiduciary responsibility is to make sure you are protected and that the highest integrity is demonstrated. I have 10 years of experience as a very successful Realtor® and 14 years in management and buying for two large retail firms.
My skills are in professional staging, multi-media marketing and negotiations; whether with the buyers and sellers or with contractors on your behalf. I use the most current technology, so you are always informed every step of the way and 90% of my business is from referrals of satisfied past clients.
Real estate is Dave's second career after a forty-two year career in commercial property/casualty insurance, where he successfully led teams in underwriting, marketing and operations. Dave brings his experience analyzing and pricing commercial risk to real estate. He is a keen evaluator of property quality and understands the needs and motivations of real estate sellers and buyers.
Dave has lengthy experience negotiating and selling multi-million dollar deals. He is a an emotionally intelligent, caring individual who values listening over telling, honesty, transparency and moving ahead at a cadence that is appropriate for his clients' need.
